About Alex Høgh Andersen
Andersen grew up southwest of Copenhagen, developing his interest in performance through childhood drama training and musical theatre. He studied Film and Media Studies at the University of Copenhagen and worked in Danish television and film before Vikings. Photography and short filmmaking are also part of his creative work. Beyond Ivar, he appears in the Danish wartime drama The Bombardment.
